Our trading name is “Interesting Times”. We have a long and varied history selling gothic, occult and pagan goods all over the world and always give you a superb fast service, quality products and excellent value for money.

If you need to return an item we will send you the relevant postal address if necessary.

Shipping

1. All items sent to delivery address given when you placed your order.

2. All items are shipped within 48 business hours.

3. We shall have no liability for any delay in the delivery of items ordered but all items are fully insured by us incase of loss and you will always be refunded for none-delivery of items.

4. If there are any problems with items upon arrival with you then please contact us immediately. We will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible after being notified of them.

5. All UK orders are sent by First Class Post or Royal Mail Parcel Post. We do not send items outside UK with Northern Ireland.

6. Postage prices including packing materials will be worked out at the checkout process
